  • Payment Terms

    • Payment Due: Payment is due prior to the completion of the delivery service.

    • Failed Payments: If payment is declined or delayed, Laundry Hub reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

    Service Guarantee

    Laundry Hub ensures that all items are handled with care and returned in a clean and sanitized condition.

    Liability Policy

    1. Damage to Items

      • Laundry Hub will exercise the utmost care in handling client items.

      • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as weak fabrics, loose seams, broken zippers, or stains that cannot be removed.

      • Items without proper care labels, or items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” submitted with standard laundry, are cleaned at the client’s own risk.

      • Due to natural wear and tear from repeated laundering, Laundry Hub’s liability for damage caused by our negligence is limited to 50% of the item’s current market value. Market value will be determined based on age, condition, and industry standards (purchase receipt preferred but not required).

      • Complaints must be submitted in writing (text or email) within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Lost Items

      • We take careful inventory of all items received.

      • In the unlikely event that an item is lost while in our care, Laundry Hub will reimburse the client for up to 50% of the item’s current market value, factoring in age, condition, and depreciation (purchase receipt preferred but not required).

      • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

    3. Health & Safety Compliance

      • Laundry Hub follows all applicable health and safety regulations to ensure items are cleaned and handled in a safe, sanitary manner.

      • Clients must notify Laundry Hub in writing of any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by our products if no prior notice is given.

    4. Force Majeure

      • Laundry Hub is not liable for delays or service failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.

    Cancellation Policy

    1. Advance Notice

      • Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

      • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $45 cancellation fee.

    2. Missed Pick-Ups/Deliveries

      • If the client is not available during the agreed-upon pick-up or delivery window without prior notice, a $45 no-show fee will be applied.

    3. Contract Termination

      • Either party may cancel the Wash Club service at any time with at least 24 hours’ written notice before the next scheduled pickup.

      • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup) will incur a $45 fee for that week’s service.

    Recurring Service Policy

    • Wash Club is a recurring service scheduled weekly (or at another agreed frequency).

    • Service continues until the client pauses or cancels in writing.

    • A $45 minimum order applies per visit.
