What laundry products do you use to clean my clothes?

How much does it cost?

We offer three flat rate fees depending on the turnaround time that is selected.

  • Our Standard rate is $1.99/lbs and order will be delivered within two days from time of pick-up.

  • Deluxe rate is $2.50/lbs and order will be delivered within the next day of pick-up.

  • Premium rate is $3.75/lbs and order will be delivered within same day. Premium orders must be picked up by 2pm to ensure we can complete order within same day.

What type of laundry do you clean?

We service any clothes, bedding items, pillows, and household items. We also service commercial items as well for local businesses.

How do I make payment?

Laundry Hub conveniently uses cashless payment for our clients. Your payment information is stored on our secured server. Prior to your clothes being dropped off we will charge your card accordingly to your order.

Is my laundry mixed with other customers’?

Never. Each customer’s laundry is washed and dried separately.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Not at all—you can leave your bag at your door, with your concierge, or at a designated spot. Just let us know where to find it.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

Nope—we’ll handle sorting lights, darks, and delicates. Just bag everything together, and our team will take care of the rest.

What if I have delicates or if I want something to hang dry?

No worries! If you have delicates that you would like washed separate or to be hang dried please separate items in a separate bag with instructions for us.

Is there a Minimum Order?

Yes, we accept a minimum of $45 per order for our pick-up and delivery service. Anything under will still be charged $45.

Can you handle special requests (stains, hang-dry, etc.)?

Yes! Add notes when booking, or include instructions inside your bag. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
